Flight Operations Administrator

Position Summary

The Flight Operations Administrator reports to the Flight Operations Supervisor and is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope for the Flight Operations department. Adheres and promotes the Clay Lacy Vision, Mission, and Values daily.

Responsibilities

  • Load new crewmembers in the Flight Scheduling Computer System.
  • Update crew documents in Flight Scheduling Computer System.
  • Maintain outside vendor databases (includes adding new pilots)
  • Update and maintain the EASA and other regulatory portals.
  • Order and track customs decals for aircraft.
  • Assist Supervisor in processing FAA-PRIA.
  • Set up logins and tail assignments in the Flight Planning System.
  • FAA verification for CLA Part 91 pilots.
  • Assist Supervisor in printing crew badges and crew uniform
  • Update Medical, passport, DL in the Flight Scheduling Computer System.
  • Assist in Managing the Master Crew List.
  • Coordinate Fuel cards and Fuel listing for Aircraft.
  • Process the No Fly Lists.
  • Available for some On-Call on weekend
  • Support and assist on Flight Operations department projects.
  • Additional duties as required/assigned.

Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of aviation experience, preferred in flight operations

  • Able to multi-task
  • Known for working well with all levels of managers, staff, clients, and vendors
