The Garden Lounge promotes an indoor to outdoor experience through expansive windows allowing natural light to all guests and providing incredible views to the planes beyond.

Experience the best of coastal life with a relaxing retreat in our private garden space. Bubbling water fountains, fire pits, comfortable seating and a beautiful shady garden. Enjoy the outdoors while also taking in views of the airport activities.

Hospitality Touches

The main lounge overlooking the airport is an airy, sun-lit room with a well-stocked refreshment bar. The relaxing setting will be sure to attract those interested in getting a front row seat to the planes just beyond.

Private Meeting spaces

Multiple meeting spaces are located throughout the building. The large meeting room accommodates up to eight people with views to the outdoor garden patio. The two huddle rooms are adjacent to the garden lounge and all meeting spaces are acoustically soundproof and well equipped.

Exclusive Conference Suite

The conference suite located on the second floor is purposefully designed to maximize views to the airfield. This grand and airy room features both a conference area as well as two lounge areas, one inside and the other outside. The decor is tastefully designed to feel elegant and luxurious for a touch of hospitality.

Expansive Ramp & Convenience

Large, spacious and secure ramp facilitates ease of movement and maximum safety. Each hangar features adjacent office space for private and convenient access.
