• Our Service Providers, Contractors and Processors: We may disclose information to our trusted service providers, contractors and processors providing services to us, such as data storage, web hosting, mailing, advertising, and data analytics providers.
• Our Affiliates: We may disclose information to our affiliates, such as insurance companies and agents, to provide the requested services to you or your aircraft.
• Our Advisors and Lawyers: We may disclose information to our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.
• During Change of Ownership: We may disclose your information in connection with, or during negotiations concerning, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

2. SALE OF PERSONAL DATA OR SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR TARGETED ADVERTISING

Clay Lacy does not sell your Personal Information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, we may share your Personal Information with third parties for targeted advertising, which may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for targeted advertising under privacy laws. Clay Lacy does not knowingly sell, share or use the Personal Information of children under the age of 16. To learn more about the categories of Personal Information we may “sell” or “share” under privacy laws, please see the “Summary of Our Processing Activity” section above which is consistent with our current practices.

3. COOKIE, TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES, & ANALYTICS

We, and third parties acting on our behalf, use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your device and how you interact with our website. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve our services, understand usage patterns, and deliver relevant content.

To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purposes for which we process your Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.

Your web browser may also disclose to the third-party website the URL of the website page you clicked from, and this URL may include search terms and filters you used on the website. B. SMS/Text Messages
If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. Please note that opting out of marketing text messages will not prevent us from sending you transactional or service-related communications where permitted by law.

We may engage service providers that facilitate operational communications, including mobile application notifications, travel coordination, scheduling, and other trip-related services. You may choose whether to receive push notifications when you first install the application. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of 18. If we discover that we have received information directly from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. • Right to Correct/Rectification. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information we maintain about you.
• Rights Related to Sharing for Targeted Advertising or Sale. You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your Personal Information.
• Rights Related to Automated Decisionmaking Technology (“ADMT”) and Profiling. Data privacy laws may provide you the right to opt out of the processing of your Personal Information for profiling and the use of ADMT and in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, such as employment or independent contracting opportunities. Please note that Clay Lacy does not engage in profiling activities or use ADMT to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, such as decisions that result in the provision or denial of employment or independent contracting opportunities. As such, you do not need to take any further action.
• The Right to Object to, Opt Out of or Restrict the Processing of Your Personal Information. Individuals residing in the EEA/UK may have the right to object to, opt out of and to request the restriction of certain types of processing of your Personal Information. B. Instructions on How to Exercise Your Rights
You may exercise your privacy rights by emailing us at privacy@claylacy.com or by completing our web form at the bottom of this page. In some instances, before honoring your request, we will need to verify your identity. We will verify your identity by asking you to provide Personal Information related to your recent interactions with us. We will honor your privacy rights request within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we request an extension as permitted by data privacy laws. If you would like to make a request to opt-out of sale and sharing, you may also click on the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our Platform.

C. Authorized Agents
If permitted or required by applicable law, you may exercise your privacy rights through an authorized agent (which may include a guardian or conservator). 10. DISCLOSURES FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE EEA, UK AND SWITZERLAND
