AIN Recognizes Savanah Dowling for Exemplary Customer Service

Each year, Aviation International News’ FBO survey highlights individuals who effectively exceed expectations in the field of customer service. Voted FBO staff members are listed in the survey’s “Above & Beyond” list. Clay Lacy’s very own Lead Client Service Representative, Savanah Dowling, based at John Wayne Airport (SNA), has once again been named to this distinguished list.

“I am truly honored and humbled to be recognized in AIN for my commitment to providing above and beyond customer service,” said Dowling. “It reinforces my belief in the importance of going the extra mile for our clients, and it motivates me to continue striving for excellence in every interaction.”

Savanah is passionate about customer service, diligently providing highly personalized and attentive service so every client feels valued and respected. She actively listens to clients, understanding their preferences and expectations to ensure every aspect of their experience is meticulously executed. She believes no gesture or personal touch is too small. Power is in the details.

“To me, legendary client service means being proactive, attentive and genuinely caring about the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. It involves going the extra mile to ensure every aspect of the service is flawless. It’s about building relationships based on trust, respect and an unwavering commitment to excellence,” she added.

AIN has been conducting surveys since 1981, polling readers about the service FBOs provide their customers and then reporting the results annually. The FBO survey site asks readers to evaluate FBOs they visited the previous year. Clay Lacy’s Orange County FBO ranked #1 across the Line Service and Customer Service Representative (CSR) categories. Congratulations to Savanah and the entire SNA team for being a leading example of our mission to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences every day.
