Ivo Vissers

Ivo is responsible for all aircraft maintenance related services at each of Clay Lacy’s Part 145 Repair Stations, overseeing all operations and strategic initiatives for the MRO division. Since joining the company in 2017, he has helped implement operational processes to promote growth and efficiency, including the development and organization of the Embraer Authorized Service Center Program and the Falcon C check program. He brings hands-on technical and supervisory experience to his management roles, having previously served as Operations Manager, MRO Services at Clay Lacy’s Van Nuys Airport location. While there, his customer-centric approach delivered a strong record of aircraft owner satisfaction. He holds a degree in Aviation Maintenance Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and FAA Airframe and Powerplant and EASA B1-1 licenses. Prior to joining Clay Lacy, Ivo worked as trained aircraft technician on a variety of airframes and business jet models in the United States as well as in France.
