Myrthe brings a deep understanding of quality service for Clay Lacy aircraft owners. Based in Texas with a focus on clients in the South-Central and Southwestern U.S., she is a problem solver and collaborator, delivering each client a superior aircraft ownership experience, to maximize the value and enjoyment of their aircraft. Clients benefit from her extensive hospitality background and leadership experience, addressing their needs with effective communication and adaptability. She joined Clay Lacy in 2020 after a decade in the hospitality industry, taking on roles in Sales Operations and Aircraft Management.

She is a member of the North Texas Business Aviation Association, National Business Aviation Association, International Aviation Womens Association, and Women in Aviation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas-Dallas and a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  Myrthe was recognized by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) as a Top 40 under 40 in 2023 as an outstanding aviation professional and individual contributor to the business aviation industry.
