Rob Cox
Rob acts as the bridge between technical execution and client satisfaction, handling maintenance and regulatory oversight for Clay Lacy’s managed fleet. Within the technical division, he oversees compliance with FAA Part 91 and 135 regulations, strategically plans and manages budgets and costs; and supervises the team of maintenance managers, controllers, and technicians. Rob returned to Clay Lacy in 2026 after beginning a corporate aviation career with the company in 1998. In between his time with the company, he gained comprehensive technical fleet knowledge at other private aviation providers, from hands-on technician work through large-scale project management and tip-to-tail aircraft oversight. Throughout the industry, he has previously served as Executive VP of Maintenance and Directory of Maintenance for Part 135 aircraft, where he was responsible for complete department oversight for Parts 135 and 145.
