Vice President, Client and Employee Experience

Valerie is responsible for developing and implementing people and business initiatives, in alignment with company culture, to advance the company’s mission, principles, and growth, while continuously improving the client and employee experience.  Joining Clay Lacy in 2000, Valerie has been instrumental in establishing and expanding our InFlight services and ground support department, where she previously served as Director. With a passion for professional development and world-class client service, she was the driving force behind the industry’s first cabin attendant intern program, developing carefully chosen young professionals into full-time cabin attendants onboard a wide variety of corporate aircraft. Previously, Valerie worked in sales and customer service at the elite Sports Club LA, and studied psychology at California State University, Northridge.
