Pilot: Challenger 350

We are currently seeking an individual to join our Part 91 Challenger 350 team based in Seattle, WA [KBFI]. This is a well-scheduled aircraft used mostly for business purposes and tends to fly during the work week with minimal weekend flying—making this opportunity ideal for those seeking a well-balanced work/life schedule.

While typed candidates are preferred, motivated individuals seeking career opportunities with strong aviation backgrounds may be considered.

Candidates residing within a two-hour drivable commute distance would be ideal. This is not a home-based or commutable position. However, those willing to relocate may be considered.

The opportunity features an upgraded compensation plan, fully paid medical/healthcare, and a matching 401(k) plan.

Aircraft: Challenger 350

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Seattle, WA

Operation: Part 91; approximately 250 to 275 hours annually

Compensation/Benefits: $155,000 to $225,000; fully paid medical/healthcare premium.

Requirements:

  • All candidates must apply from claylacy.com/careers to be considered.
  • Candidates should possess 2,000 hours of total time, 400 hours of PIC time, and 400 hours of Turbine time.
  • ATP required.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
  • Comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
  • Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening, and background checks and submit to random drug/alcohol tests when required.
  • Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical as well as completion of a disclosure form, will be required as part of the application process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
