Having flown for six U.S. Presidents and the British Prime minister, our standards lead the industry. First developed by our legendary founder, and refined over a half century of flying aircraft globally, we have developed a proven process for identifying, attracting, vetting, and hiring talented crew members.
We then combine our recruitment and interview methodology with a proprietary compensation and quality of life data analysis to provide the highest probability of employee retainment. Our compensation data is analyzed against industry surveys and Federal data sets, then adjusted for geography, forward-looking aging, staffing levels, and crew culture.
